Since 1981 the DiMare Construction Co. has been building commercial projects in Florida.
The Company has successfully completed over 800 projects in Florida, with the majority of
those being in northeast Florida. DiMare has served over 450 satisfied clients and many
of these have been repeat clients. Clients have included individuals, corporations,
churches, associations, school boards and other governmental entities.
Project types include churches, schools, office buildings, warehouses, industrial plants,
custom homes, hangars, and other facilities representing a wide range of diverse
projects.
DiMare has also employed a number of construction methods while meeting the needs of
their clients, including general contracting, construction management, design-build,
and design-build-lease.
Most importantly, we have built a reputation for quality, dependability and honesty in an
industry where these are rare. Because of this we enjoy good working relationships with
our subcontractors and suppliers. Our subcontractors have become excellent references for
us, because they work with us daily, and they understand the importance of dealing with a
contractor of these qualities.
